Casey Anthony did not call 911 because Caley did not drown in the pool.

Casey would use chloroform to put Caley to sleep, leaving her in the trunk of the car (this was the nanny). But this last time she tossed the rag inside the trunk, perhaps someone was approaching and she feared being caught or she did it on purpose to get rid of the kid because she was interfering with her life and she had a fight with Cindy the night before and she didn’t want to let Cindy have her daughter after Cindy told her she was going to file to get Caley away from her.

The next day when she opened the trunk, Cayle was dead. She realized what she had done so she called her parents several times. They did not answer. She drove to the house and backed up the car. She put Cayle in the pool to make it look like an accident, but then realized water would not be found in her lungs because she was dead and not breathing. So, she laid her down in the playhouse, went to borrow a shovel to bury her but then she thought cadaver dogs could find Cayle in their yard so she took the shovel back. She put Cayle back in the trunk of the car and drove around with her and partied, shopped and had a great time. Even had a tattoo. She was free and could live the “vida loca”.

Eventually Casey went back to the house, got tape and a plastic bag. Put tape over Caley’s eyes and mouth to make it look like a kidnap and placed the sticker on the tape over her mouth because she was going to leave her in the woods behind her house and since this was the burial place for all the pets and stickers were placed on them she followed the ritual. She placed Cayle by the cement blocks (same place the PI was poking around with the metal rod when he was looking for Caley). This happened right after Lee went to the prison and spoke with Casey. Somehow something was conveyed to him by Casey and he knew where to have someone else go look for Caley so he could then have them put the bag in one of the places that had already been searched. Or perhaps George sent the PI after Lee confided in him.

To help her daughter George kept quiet and eventually he could not cope with it. This might be the reason he wanted to kill himself when he realized he had thrown her daughter under the bus when he went to the cops and confirmed the smell of decomposition so later on he would not be swept away with Casey’s lies as he well knew she might try to implicate him since the nanny story was not valid and since Casey had told him Cayle had drowned (which was a lie). She probably made something up as to where she had disposed of Caley. Also, he could not cope with the knowledge of what happened to Caley and not having told the cops as soon as Casey told him Caley was dead. (He did not know at the time that Caley did not drown in the pool, which is something Casey made up because she couldn’t tell anyone she used chloroform to put her kid to sleep so she could party).

But, the meter reader had already found Caley and had moved her closer to the road where he could claim finding Caley when he went to relieve himself. Had he left her where he originally found her questions would have come up as to why he was not working but using company-paid time to search for Caley.

Now, a question: Who filed a Form 1040 for Casey and Caley? Did George and Cindy claimed either one of them? Has anyone checked the IRS files on all three of them for the last four years?
