The answer to this question really depends on the nature of the supplement. If the supplement contains cholecalciferol (vitamin d3), the most readily absorbable form of the nutrient, the supplement is probably going to deliver more benefits.

However, if the supplement is vitamin D2, or ergocalciferol, one might be better off drinking the juice, depending upon how big the glass is.
